Payment Terms
All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not accepted under any circumstances. All shipments are processed exclusively through FedEx Freight, which does not support COD services. As a result, orders will only be released for shipment after full payment has been received and confirmed.

Once payment has been verified, orders will be prepared and shipped via FedEx Freight. Shipping timelines may vary based on product availability, destination, and carrier scheduling. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

All sales are subject to our return approval process. Returned items must be authorized in advance and must be in their original condition, uninstalled, and unmodified. Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Refunds

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
